Grupo Thera ("we") operates the site grupo-thera.com and its B2B communication channels. For any privacy question, write to us at info@grupo-thera.com.
2. Scope
This policy describes how we process your personal data when:
- you visit grupo-thera.com;
- you complete the contact form or the "Ser partner" form;
- you interact with content or resources we publish on the site.
It does not apply to private partner portals or to internal employment relationships, unless expressly stated.

Through the contact form (processed by Formspree or an equivalent provider): name, email, phone (optional), and message. When the form includes them, also country, company, role or channel, reason for contact, commercial interest, and your consent.
3.2 Technical data
Ordinary web browsing data, such as approximate IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and referring site. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, language, device type, approximate country, and interactions such as button clicks or form submissions. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, company, or message content to Google Analytics. You can reject analytics cookies from the site's cookie notice.
3.3 Cookies
We may use technical cookies necessary for the site to function. We will use non-essential cookies (analytics or marketing) only with the notice or consent that applies in each market.

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry or the commercial relationship, and for the legal periods or the periods needed to defend against claims. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
